Reform corporate taxes to make America more competitive. Everyone must pay their fair share. 2) Entitlement reform: When we are borrowing forty cents for every dollar we spend, we cannot afford excuses, delays or political posturing. We should cut all excess spending - including defense, domestic programs, entitlement spending, spending in the tax code and streamline government operations.
